Civil War Quilt Camp – Session Four – January 11-15, 2016
Other dates available for this camp:
Join us for the fourth installment of our popular Civil War Quilt Camps. Partake of local Civil War history while creating a replica of a Civil War Era quilt. You will have a fabulous time with fellow quilt enthusiasts learning new techniques and making new friendships.
Days are filled with classes and opportunities to work on your quilt. Midweek, we explore the area and history associated with the Civil War days in the region. Delicious meals are provided, as well as snacks and beverages throughout the day. Evenings are spent with Show & Tell sharing, Civil War & Quilt History presentations, games and other fun activities for relaxing.
This quilt will be a replica of another of the Battle of Franklin Trust quilts from the Carter House Collection.
Your registration fee covers your lodging, meals, snacks & beverages, tour tickets and dining out in Franklin, sewing workspace, pattern, and instructor fees. Bring your machine or rent one of ours for $50/camp.
Add Sunday evening to your package and enjoy early setup and sewing time, a light dinner and the opportunity to settle in and relax for the big week!
